First Time in a Fancy Cafe: 480p vs 720p
Last updated:
Fancy Cafe AI offers Standard 480p for 21 credits and HD 720p for 42 credits. Both create a 21-second vertical video with two required guest photos. HD changes the resolution and price; it does not guarantee a better face match or a more accurate joke.
What do the two options cost?
A Standard request uses 21 credits; HD uses 42. The lowest-priced pack is $9.99 for 21 credits. Check your balance and the confirmation button before submitting.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire. The cash price of a video depends on which pack you bought; credits are a service balance and cannot be exchanged for cash.
When does Standard make sense?
Choose Standard if you want the lower-cost way to test your two portraits with this scene. Review both faces, the seating action and the full ending. Starting at lower resolution still creates a paid video; it is not a free preview.
What does HD change?
HD provides 720p output instead of 480p. It is useful when you need more pixels, but higher resolution alone cannot fix an unsuitable input photo or guarantee correct motion.
Submitting HD after Standard creates a new video. It does not preserve the previous faces, timing or soundtrack while enlarging the image. Both submissions use credits.
What happens if generation fails?
A failed generation automatically returns the credits charged for that request. A queued or processing request has not yet failed. Credit returns do not refund money to your payment method.
If a completed file cannot play or has a clear technical defect, contact support with the video ID. A quality complaint is assessed separately. Keep a downloaded copy and describe the exact problem.
